Slipway and Craneage Facilities
We have two slipways with fully adjustable cradles capable of taking vessels to a maximum weight of 280 tons, overall length of 30metres, draught of 4.5metres and a beam 7.5metres.
We are also able to crane vessles to a maximum weight of 40 tons using either of two crawler cranes.
In the recent past we have either craned out, or had on our slipways, a variety of fishing boats, yachts, commercial vessels, luggers and square riggers.
Once out of the water full cleaning equipment, scaffolding and shore power are all available.
We also offer a range of services ourselves (or through regular contractors) including antifoul and anodes, full paint work, wood and steel repairs and refit, engine and engineering work, shaft work and stern gear work, electronics and general maintenance.
