Summer

From May 16th until September 15th, the ferry operates as follows:

Until 9.30am each morning it runs between Polruan Quay and Fowey Town Quay Monday to Saturday. The exception to this is on Sundays when the ferry starts at 9am and runs direct to Whitehouse Pier.

Between 9.45am and 5.15pm the ferry runs between Polruan Quay and Whitehouse Pier in Fowey.

From 5.30pm until 11.00pm, the ferry operates between Polruan Quay and Fowey Town Quay.

Please note that the last ferry from Polruan leaves at 10.55pm each evening and the last ferry from Fowey Town Quay is at 11.00pm.

Winter

From September 16th until May 15th, Polruan Ferry runs between Polruan Quay and Fowey Town Quay continuously.

From early October the last ferry from Polruan is at 6.55pm and at 7.00pm from Town Quay Monday – Saturday.

On Sundays during the autumn, the finish time gradually reduces from 7.00 until 5.00pm as the days get shorter. Please check our website’s daily finish times or notices on Polruan Quay and Fowey Town Quay for current running schedules.

Late ferries are available outside of these operating hours depending on weather conditions. Please book direct via the ferrymen.

Please check the information boards at the landing points for current times before travelling especially during August when the service may alter to cater for local regattas. We also post updates to our service and unusual changes to our running schedule eg during periods of bad weather on our Polruan Ferry Facebook page.
