The car ferry operates all year with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. However a passenger service is available on Boxing Day and New Year's Day. The ferry can carry upto 15 cars at a time and provides a continuous service leaving every 10 - 15 minutes during hours of operation. Times are displayed below.

The ferry can also accommodate foot passengers, cycles, motor homes, mini buses and small lorries to a maximum of 10 tons. We are unable to carry coaches due their size and the tight bend in the road on the Bodinnick side.

The slipway for the ferry is next to the car park and the entrance is marked on the road.
